This amazing Villa has four spacious bedrooms, three of which are on the 2nd floor. They are all fully air conditioned, and feature floor to ceiling sliding glass patio doors which integrate and maximize the stunning ocean views, a beautiful feature of which is the nightly sunset directly across Bangrak Bay in front of the Villa. Every bedroom has a balcony. 2 of the bedrooms are equipped with modern TV/DVD systems. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, and a huge en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a separate rain shower. It also has fully fitted wardrobes offering extensive storage space, the wardrobes incorporate a built in safe to accommodate valuables. The additional two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, one of the bedrooms has queen-size bed and the 2nd has double-twin size bed.
The downstairs has been built in a minimalist style, completely open plan. The lounge has sensational full width sliding glass doors which allow light to flood in, whilst the floor is finished with polished concrete to offer a cooling contrast. It has an L Shaped leather seating arrangement, sattellite plasma TV, Home Theatre surround sound system, and a separate writing area with a modest library, WiFi broadband internet, CD stereo, air-con throughout, fully equipped Smeg kitchen.
The dining area has a marble dining table and rattan chairs which can seat 8 people, adjacent to this is a fully fitted kitchen, with access to a side terrace where a bar b que is located.
Outside, the whole Villa opens onto a sandwashed pool deck, which in turn flows into a beautiful 5 x 10 Metre infinity pool, furnished with a Jacuzzi at one end.
A 4th air conditioned bedroom is within a convenient and self contained studio which is located below the living room , this has it's own bespoke access thus providing private and discreet accommodation close, yet totally separate from the main Villa. . It comprises a lounge area with TV/DVD, a kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. It also has floor to ceiling, sliding patio doors and boasts the same panoramic views across Bangrak Bay.
The villa is located within walking distance to Big Buddha beach and Big Golden Buddha Temple with a variety of restaurants and shops. It is around 7 minutes drive from Samui Airport, Bangrak and Choeng Mon beach. These holiday villas are also less than 10 minutes drive from the lively bars, restaurants and shops of Chaweng ( tourist center of Samui) and the quiet "Old Fisherman's Village" with it's charming quality ocean side restaurants and boutique shops. It is around 20 min drive from Samui Santiburi Golf and Country Club, 15 min drive to Tesco, Big C (the supermarkets where you can find almost everything you need for you holiday in Samui).
